Scheduling

Our expert schedulers are available Wednesday - Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Our staff will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible based on the information obtained during the initial telephone conversation. Some procedures may need to be scheduled under the direction of the doctor, for a specific time and date.

A specific amount of time is reserved especially for you and we strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments.  If you must change your appointment, we require at least 24 hour notice.  With respect to you and our other patients, if you arrive past your reserved surgery time unfortunately we will have to reschedule to a time that is good for us both.  For our sedated patients, a parent/guardian/friend must be with you when you arrive for your appointment and must remain in the office during the surgery.  If your driver is not present when you arrive, we will unlikely be able to perform your scheduled surgery that day.  Any appointment cancelled on the scheduled date of service will be subject to a cancellation fee. 

All patients should have been given a surgical referral form from their general dentist, orthodontist, or other specialist before scheduling an appointment. This form coordinates treatment between the ordering doctor and our office.  Our referral form can be found under the referring doctors tab at the top of this page.  We ask that patients present appropriate insurance information at the time of your scheduled appointment.
