Scheduling

Our expert schedulers are available Monday - Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Our staff will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible based on the information obtained during the initial telephone conversation. Some procedures may need to be scheduled under the direction of the doctor, for a specific time and date.

Various insurance companies require an authorization to see a specialist; each patient is responsible for obtaining this authorization prior to their scheduled appointment. Your insurance will not pay for services without this specialty form.

All patients should have a surgical referral form from their general dentist, orthodontist, or other specialist before scheduling an appointment. This form coordinates treatment between the ordering doctor and our office.

We make every effort to stay on schedule to minimize your wait. Surgical services, various circumstances, or emergencies may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure thus increasing your wait. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.

We ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment. This will allow us to assist other patients needing immediate service.

Our office has after hours emergency directions for all of our established patients.
