It is our mission at Tull Oral and Facial Surgery to provide the highest level of care to our patients based on individual needs, comfort, and safety.   While you are in our care, our surgical team will strive to obtain the best surgical outcome possible.

Our staff consists of highly trained individuals, all who have one goal in mind, quality patient care. Dr. Tull and staff want to be part of your health care team providing oral and maxillofacial surgery.  We ask you to consider Dr. Tull and staff for all of your future oral and maxillofacial surgery needs.

Our office prides itself on having established a state-of-the-art facility. We have in-house surgical suites capable of providing a sterile environment for all procedures including surgical procedures with anesthesia and sedation. This includes a biological air filter system to decrease the risk of germ contamination.

Our office meets and exceeds all biohazard and environmental guidelines for safety, sterility, and HIPAA privacy for all of our patients.

Our scope of practice is broad and remains true to our specialty. We provide contemporary management of third molars (wisdom teeth), dental implants (with or without bone grafting), TMJ Surgery,  jaw surgery, cosmetic facial surgery, treatment for facial, jaw trauma, surgical correction of sleep apnea, and chin & cheek augumentation, with or without submental neck liposuction.
