For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for office and hospital services. All copayment amounts will be collected at the time of service

Our office is enrolled with most major insurance plans covering dental and medical services. Please feel free to call our staff with questions concerning your coverage or enrollment.

Patients with insurance will be notified of their financial responsibility prior to their appointment. To accomplish this goal, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. A pre-determination will be submitted to your insurance company and most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.
